Fire cupping is a traditional therapy where glass cups are briefly heated with a flame and then placed on the skin to create suction. The heat removes oxygen from the cup, forming a vacuum that gently pulls the skin and underlying tissue upward. This technique helps improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. Temporary circular marks may appear on the skin but usually fade within a few days.

Fire Cupping

This 30-minute acupuncture consultation is an introductory session designed for us to get to know each other and explore whether acupuncture is the right fit for you. There is no treatment during this appointment.

We’ll discuss your health concerns, medical history, and goals, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about acupuncture, my approach as a practitioner, and what future treatments may involve. This session is ideal if you’re curious about acupuncture but would like more information before committing to treatment.

By the end of the consultation, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how acupuncture could support you and whether you’d like to proceed with treatment in the future.
